We had an exceptional experience with Evan today. He came to our house to fix an outside hose connection. However, while he was here we mentioned a dripping problem in our kitchen, which ended up being a water pressure issue throughout the entire house. Evan listened, and focused on what the underlying issue was instead of the symptom. Most importantly he made time to fix all of our concerns. Will absolutely call him again!
Evan was amazingly helpful when we needed urgent help for a broken water heater in our building. He was able to get there within a couple hours and change the entire unit out and get it working again.
