All Points HVAC is a small Central Massachusetts heating, cooling and plumbing outfit that describes itself as family-owned and led by founder Manny Figueroa, working out of Auburn with a Worcester mailing address. The Massachusetts registry lists an active HVAC licence, 962-SM-B, held by All points hvac and plumbing inc. The public record is thin: seven reviews between 2022 and 2025 across five sources, and a Google average of 3.3 from eight ratings. That is too little to read as a settled reputation, so treat what follows as a small sample rather than a track record. The positive side is consistent as far as it goes. A repeat customer described the company as professional, efficient and prompt across multiple visits; a 2023 reviewer cited quality service and fair pricing; another in 2023 said they were friendly and showed up fast. A Reddit commenter in a 2024 r/WorcesterMA thread reported having good luck with them. The two one-star reviews are the detailed ones, and both are about follow-through rather than skill. A 2025 reviewer whose family had used the company happily before described a return visit where a diagnosis changed, parts were slow to be ordered and the office had to be chased for answers. A 2024 reviewer said the plumber sent to a small under-sink leak said he did not have time to do the work, and that the office could not say what it would cost. The business advertises 24/7 emergency availability and veteran and first-responder discounts, and the BBB file — opened in 2018 for a sole proprietorship under Manny Figueroa — carries an A+ grade on a profile that is explicitly not accredited. Before booking, it is worth pinning down the diagnosis, the parts timeline and the price in writing, since those are exactly the points the two complaints turn on.

Company has been utilized by us multiple times. Professional, efficient, prompt and complete in their process. Greatly appreciated.
My mom had used this company a year or 2 ago to clean our AC units, which was great. This year we called them again for our yearly cleaning as well as an issue with 3 of our units not working. At first, the technician that came out told us it was plugs that needed to be changed, and that he was going to have Manny order the parts and come back out. After days of no response on when they were doing this, my mother had to heckle them to even give her a quote or answers to when they were coming out to fix the units. When the tech finally came back to fix them, he said it was actually the board in the converter. After again needing to the call the company several times for quotes that were promised the same day or next, the office told us we were actually going to need to replace the whole unit. During our annual cleaning they only washed out our filters, but nothing more and charged almost $1,000 for the 6 units. Our main unit we use in the living room was also left now being noisy and leaking water. My mother has several medical conditions where her doctors have told her she cannot be in the heat/humidity and the AC's are absolutely a medical necessity. At this point, we are just scrambling to have them repair what they have broken and we will be moving on to another company.
I called All Points HVAC, I thought I might have a small leak in the 2ND floor bathroom tub drain. As it turned out I had a small leak under the bathroom sink. The plumbing material was a 1 1/4 chrome trap with tail piece. The plumber informed me he could not do it because he didn't have time. I called the company to ask them why would you send the plumber here if he doesn't have time to do the job? They told him he will be doing the job. When I spoke to the woman at the company I ask her what is this going to cost and she said she doesn't know because she does not know what the part will cost. The cameras on my house are showing the plumber was on property for 1 1/2 hours. He billed for 2 hours $380.00 Labor. The material at a plumbing supply company said the part goes for $50.00. I was charge $337.00 for the parts. I spoke to the guy at the plumbing store and said he can't understand how a job that takes 15 minutes and parts of $50.00 can turn into a bill like this!!!! The plumbing company left a message saying they charged my card $717.10!!!!!! I have never received a bill so shocking!!!! *** *********
