In a 2020 Thumbtack review, a customer said Bruce responded right away, arrived on time, explained everything as he went, and came by again the next morning to install a new part. In a 2019 Thumbtack review, a customer who requested repairs before a home sale said the quote arrived 2 days later, and after they asked for minor adjustments they could not get in touch with Double A by e-mail, message or phone.

Bruce is awesome! He responded right away to my request and arrived on time. He was very friendly and explained everything as he went. We needed to get a new part so Bruce came by again the next morning to install it. Will definitely be contacting him again for future projects!

Double A Home Repair's communication to their customers is terrible. I requested some repairs to my home in preparation for a sale. I was told that the work could be done in early April and a quote would be submitted in the same day. I received the quote 2 days later. After reviewing the quote I requested some minor adjustments. From that point forward, I could not get in touch with Double A. I e-mailed them directly, messaged them through this website and called them directly and have not received an answer or update. I would not recommend using this service due to the lack of communication to their customers. At the very least, it would have been nice for them to state, "we are very busy right now and cannot perform your services" instead of silence. Do not give your customers a quote with no follow up. It's poor business.
