I honestly can’t say enough good things about this company! I’ve now used their services twice, and both experiences have been excellent from start to finish. They’ve been reliable, efficient, very accommodating with scheduling, and their prices are absolutely phenomenal. I’ve had the same technician come out both times, and although I unfortunately didn’t catch his name, he has been amazing. Every job I’ve asked him to handle has been done with care, professionalism, and attention to detail. He gets the job done right, and that alone gives me a lot of confidence in continuing to use this company. They have definitely earned my trust, and they will be my go-to for any plumbing or pipe-related work moving forward. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for great service, fair pricing, and someone they can truly rely on. You will not regret choosing them!

Eli have worked on our Baxi waterless combination tank a few times and he has always fixed this issue for what the service call was made for. He goes above and beyond of what is expected. I will hire him again for future projects and I highly recommend FixIt

I am absolutely floored at the level of attention Ely, Polly, Bruna & team afforded our project! I hesitate to write this review simply because I fear the outcome should word get out regarding the level of professionalism, enthusiasm, precision, and outstanding work ethic the entire team displayed today. I'm greedy and don't want to share! THIS is what I've been searching for for decades. Folks, I kid you not. Ely was prompt, curtious, knowledgeable, beyond helpful and, most importantly for one very picky client, endlessly patient. And the icing on the cake? Communication was on point, and this team DELIVERED. Seriously. I cannot adequately convey just how incredibly thankful my husband and I are to have stumbled across Fix It General Services. Ely came to clean up a botched job by another company for my store's air conditioner. He was working to resolve our issue and make repairs for 5 straight hours, never complained, and made sure to keep the store clean and shoppable as customers were in and out around him. We will be using this company for all future needs, and shouting out his exemplary service from the rooftops!

Start to finish this team provided top notch service at a reasonable price. Called for a small tile and paint job to update the kitchen. Getting a quick estimate and scheduling the work was incredibly easy. The work the team did came out great and took only a day. I have two more projects lined up and I plan on using Fix It again for both. Overall it was a great experience. Highly recommended. 👍
