Rafael was upfront with the net cost of installing 3 Toto bidets and that too at a very reasonable cost. He not only showed up on time but finished the job in a timely manner and then patiently demonstrated that each of the bidets functioned properly. One of the bidets had a crack during the shipping process and Rafael showed up a second time to finish the replacement process - unlike others he didn't charge me an additional fee. Rafael will be definitely my go to handyman for my next project !
