Douglas R Locke

A $48,000 pool shed and pool wiring job in Wenham, pulled in 2025, is the most recent work BuildZoom attributes to Douglas R Locke, a contractor based in Boxford, Massachusetts. BuildZoom lists a Massachusetts Construction Supervisor licence, #CS-099016, under his name, files him under swimming pool contractors, and gives him a score of 93 — the 73rd percentile of the 139,240 Massachusetts contractors it tracks. The earlier permits attributed to the name point somewhere else entirely: residential renovation and gas-fitter work in Haverhill across 2019 and 2020. For poolside construction or a renovation around Boxford and the towns near it, ask him to walk you through the jobs closest to yours and who did what on them, and get the licence number and a current insurance certificate in hand before work starts.
