Dan was very thorough and identified the real problem, which other plumbers had missed. This saved us a lot of water damage and aggravation in the long run. He was great to work with and we look forward to working with him again in the future.
They came to inspect the work site and clearly explained to me what would be required to complete the job. They were all professional in attitude and appearance. I got my quote in the time frame promised and the job started as expected. They left the area clean and explained everything I needed to know about my new indirect water heater. They have me great advice on how to maintain my plumbing and my septic system. They did a perfect job!

Downey Plumbing was great - they took care of the problem in under 30 minutes. If I had one area for improvement (not a complaint) it's that I wish I'd had a ballpark figure before the work was started. A quote I got over the phone from another plumber was cheaper, but I thought Downey was going to give an estimate prior to work being done. It wasn't a big job, so they took care of it right then, but it ended up being $40 more than the other estimate. That doesn't mean the other plumber wouldn't have charged the same amount or more, I just wish I had done a better job in managing the project on my end.
