Douglas was so very informative as to how to fix my heating and duct work issues I had to hire him do the job. Douglas was very professional and courteous. He charged for the job as he should, he showed up on time to do the job as promised and showed me what he was doing all the while answering any questions I had. He’s a stand up guy. He’s full of info regarding heating systems. He knows what he’s doing. Hire him to do your job. You’ll be so happy with him himself and his work you’ll want to refer him to your own family.

Douglas first helped me understand which furnace was the best solution for my home and situation, when I was feeling lost and had no idea what direction to go with such a big-ticket purchase. The job was then done on time (super helpful when your furnace dies in the cold season). And the house is warmer with the new propane setup. I am happy I followed his advice. He answered all my questions. And he even saved me a bigger problem by pointing out my basement was lacking post support by the stairs and a sag had started. That was so kind of him as it was a simple fix with a couple metal beams. But I did not realize what was happening and if he had not spoken up, I think it would have progressed to me not being able to open my basement door.
