On Thumbtack it holds 3.0 stars from 2 ratings. In a 2025 Thumbtack review, a customer described great communication, clean work and a price that was "just perfect." A separate 2025 review came from someone who did not hire them: that person wrote that the pro argued with them over a Thumbtack lead-generation fee he believed was a bill from them, and called the interaction "incredibly unprofessional."
Didn’t hire this pro. However, they claimed I sent them a bill which was actually the lead generation fee that gets charged to pros by Thumbtack. Pros are not supposed to discuss this with potential clients, however this one tried to have a full on argument with me about why I was trying to charge him money. Overall the interaction I had was incredibly unprofessional and shows that this pro clearly isn’t ready to be in business since they couldn’t be bothered to read what they signed up for when they joined.
