The reviews keep circling back to one technician, Vic, who shows up in account after account solving problems other companies couldn't. A November 2025 review describes him fixing an issue three other HVAC companies said was unfixable, saving the customer $7,000. A December 2025 review describes him solving a problem two other companies had already given up on and explaining it in plain terms. On bigger jobs, an August 2024 review describes rerouting old ductwork and adding air conditioning as part of a larger renovation, working around prior airflow problems creatively, and another from that month describes beating quotes from six competing companies on a furnace and central air replacement. A few specific complaints are worth knowing about too. A June 2026 review describes a 1.5x labor surcharge on a filter cleaning that ran past an hour, which the customer says wasn't explained beforehand. A January 2026 review describes a technician finding no sign of a refrigerant leak on a mini-split that later turned out to have one. And a May 2025 review from a repeat customer describes inconsistent quality and technicians who weren't straightforward on two of three visits. For a furnace or AC repair, a full system replacement, or a ductless mini-split install, Vic's name shows up often enough in these accounts that it's worth asking for him directly. Get the hourly billing terms in writing before a service call, and ask what happens if a diagnosis turns out to be wrong.
