Druziako HVAC is a Lowell heating and cooling company that says it is family owned and operated, has put customers first since 1993, and offers 24/7 emergency heating service. It holds 4.8 stars from 203 ratings on Google and 4.8 from 140 on Angi. Its Massachusetts hvac license is active. Service calls by a technician named Vic, or Victor, fill much of the recent record. In a December 2025 review, Vic fixed an issue that 2 other companies couldn't; a November 2025 reviewer says he saved them 7000 dollars by fixing what 3 other HVAC people said could not be fixed; another November 2025 customer had him reset an ecobee thermostat that was sending cold air. Replacements draw praise too: an April 2026 reviewer chose Druziako out of the 4 Quotations received for a new Carrier heating and cooling system, and an April 2025 reviewer whose 25-year-old Druziako system gave out had a service call that afternoon and complete replacement 2 business days later. A 2024 review describes rerouting old ductwork through a basement to add air conditioning, and on r/LowellMA in June 2025 a commenter said Druziako was the only company to respond in a timely manner in an emergency. The complaints are detailed. In a November 2025 review, a customer whose 73 yo mother had no heat paid a $195 diagnosis charge, was quoted $695 for a furnace board, and says no one called back over 5 days before another technician installed one for $300. A May 2025 reviewer says a technician broke a humidifier cover and taped it shut, and the duct crew cleaned 7 of the 11 vents. A June 2026 reviewer objects to being charged 1.5 the price when a filter cleaning ran past an hour, and a January 2026 reviewer says a mini split later turned out to have a leak after a tech said there were no indications of one.

We had druziako team replace our old AC and furnace. The team was very efficient and finished the job on schedule.
FYI if the tech takes more than an hour to clean and change filter the company will charge 1.5 the price. Was not aware of this until the service was done. Tech can take his sweet time and you’re paying for it. Cleaning and changing filter shouldn’t take that long on hvac that get serviced yearly. Have 3 hvac and apparently 2 of them were dirtier than the other even though they were protected the same. Be prepared to be put on the do not service list for having a terrible experience. Won’t even give you warranty
We had our furnace and AC condenser replaced. The 3 men that came to do the work did a great job. Would absolutely use them again and recommend them to anyone who is in need of an HVAC company.

Vic was awesome, he diagnosed the issue with my system and even found some underlying issues that could have caused serious harm to my families health.
