Duct Monkeys Heating And Cooling Llc

Duct Monkeys Heating and Cooling is a Lowell HVAC company whose public reviews are thin but positive — both five stars, both for real repair-versus-replace calls rather than routine tune-ups. In a review posted in early 2024, a homeowner described the crew replacing a failing water heater and staying in close communication the whole way through. An earlier review, from late 2023, covers back-to-back furnace jobs in a multifamily building: on the first unit they laid out clear pricing for repairing a broken valve versus buying new since the system was old, and on the second they worked through several fix options before recommending a full replacement — answering every question honestly along the way. Thumbtack also lists the company as background-checked, with central air conditioning, heating system, and water heater installation or replacement among its listed services. Worth asking about before booking: the Better Business Bureau rates the company C+ and has one complaint on file. With only two reviews recorded so far, it's a reasonable call for a furnace or water-heater job where clear pricing options matter — get a couple of direct references first if the project is larger.
