Dump Express Inc

A dumpster delivered on time and collected when the customer called: that is how a June 2026 Google reviewer described hiring Dump Express. Based in Sagamore Beach, the company says it supplies residential and commercial dumpster rentals across Cape Cod and Plymouth, including containers for estate and house cleanouts, construction debris and green waste. It says it has served Cape Cod and the surrounding area for over 20 years. Customers describe the practical details of delivery and pickup. An April 2026 reviewer said the driver placed the dumpster where it was needed and arrived on time at both ends of the rental. Tim and Diane Dockery of Plymouth wrote that April that their dumpster arrived on schedule and was collected within 36 hours of their saying it was full; they found it gone at 7 a.m. without having heard the pickup. A June customer praised easy scheduling and rescheduling, reasonable pricing and receiving a full week for the price, while using the container for six days. Another April 2026 customer said the rental was arranged entirely by phone, with help choosing a size and delivery and pickup dates. Their dumpster arrived first thing in the morning, was filled and was gone early the next morning; they reported no hidden fees. In a May 2025 review, Jimmy described help choosing a dumpster and learning which materials could be discarded, plus a prompt callback about particular items. A March 2025 customer said a short-notice call brought a dumpster the next morning, and another arrived the next morning after they filled the first and requested a replacement. A November 2021 reviewer described a dispute: when they visited the job site a week later, they found the barely half-full dumpster gone. They said the one-week rental limit had not been explained on the phone and described the representative as rude when they asked why it had been collected. The representative, according to that customer, said they had signed a contract for a week rental. Google shows a 4.9-star average from 129 ratings, and BBB gives the business an A+ grade.
