Eagle Oil delivers fuel oil, as its Better Business Bureau profile describes it. A recent customer in their first winter with the company said that when the furnace had a problem in very cold weather, they came out after hours and sent a technician, and the customer had heat that night; the same customer praised Jessica, who runs the office. A 2026 customer wrote that, after seeing the tank just below a quarter the day before a big snowstorm, they messaged the company that night on a weekend and got a reply right away; with 2 ft of snow the company could not come the next day, but got there first thing in the morning. A 2026 customer said the owner was able to deliver their oil during a snow storm. A 2026 customer said owner Tom tried to deliver as quickly as possible, even during the busy season and snow storms. A 2026 customer said the owner had bailed them out many times in both Woodbury and Southbury. The Better Business Bureau grades the company A+. A 2026 customer said a Monday delivery was agreed by phone on a Saturday, but the promised call to confirm the card number never came, and no one responded to a call before 4:30 pm that Monday.
This was my first winter using Eagle Oil. I had a problem with my furnace during that very cold weather. They came out after hours, send a technician and I had heat that night. Jessica who runs the office is extremely professional and very vey nice. I recommend this company whole heartedly!
Love them. The owner is awesome. He has bailed me out many, many times in both Woodbury and Southbury! They are very quick to respond, even in the off hours, and soooo reliable. I wouldn't use anyone else!
Love this company. The lady who answers the phone is sooo nice. The owner was overly helpful and was able to deliver my oil during a snow storm! You won't get another company to do that for you!
Jessica in the office is SUPER helpful and accommodating. The owner Tom, goes above and beyond to deliver as quick as possible, even during their busy season AND snow storms! Used them for years and reccomend them to everyone I know.
I have been a customer here for past few years. I called on Saturday March 14th 2026. The guy answered the phone, I asked if we can schedule a delivery for Monday the 16th he agreed and said yes.He said they’re going to reach out again later that Saturday to confirm my card number was still the same. It’s Monday afternoon and still did not receive a call back. I called them before 430 pm which is their listed business hours and still no response. They do not value you as a customer and are unreliable. Spend you money elsewhere.
