I had a service call and the guy that came was a complete jerk to me. My husband called and complained and we didn't get charged for that visit. Months go by, today actually, and we make another service call because it's freezing outside and we got home and our house is 62°. We call to have someone come out and they tell us it'll be 3-4 hours. This was at 7pm. We just now called back at 12:00am to cancel because we're exhausted and have been sitting here waiting for them to come fix it so we can go to bed. We called and the lady said "oh they entered your request in the system but they didn't actually send it to the repair guy, it's just sitting in the system" WHAT?!? I'm beyond mad. I'm getting my final tank of oil filled and I'm done with them. I've had nothing but problems. Now it's 60° in my house. Thanks guys. Appreciate it.
