The website says the business has served Malden and Greater Boston since 2015 (about 11 years); Thumbtack's own listing, by contrast, states 16 years in business — the two don't quite agree on how long the company itself has been around. In a 2023 review, a customer described a first job painting a bathroom as fast and efficient, then went on to hire the crew again for the living room and kitchen, saying they'd call again for the rest of the house.
