Eco-Arborcare is a tree-care business whose website describes it as "arboriculture with an environmental edge," using biodegradable and re-used materials and a smaller 6 inch chipper for brush. Its Google page shows 5 stars from 9 ratings, written in 2022 and 2023. A 2023 customer said Patrick pruned a large maple, removing the dead branches, and that not a single branch fell in a big windstorm soon after; that customer hired him again to prune an old apple tree. In a 2023 review, a customer said Patrick removed two dying trees that were damaging the fence while taking care not to damage the perennials and vegetable garden nearby. A 2023 reviewer who hired Patrick to remove trees at the back of the property wrote that a couple of them were kept by pruning and trimming instead, and that he was set to do cable work on a large maple. In a 2022 review, a customer said the company took down 6 trees, one of them a problem two other services could not help with, on time and on budget. A 2022 customer whose front-yard maple was struggling said Pat found a brick wrap at the base smothering the roots, cleared it and cut some problem roots. A 2023 reviewer who used the company twice named Patrick as the owner and said the work came in on schedule and within the estimated cost.
I highly recommend Patrick. He removed two trees from our yard that were dying and damaging the fence. The work site was near several perennials as well as our veggie garden, and Patrick took great care to not damage these other plants (an impressive accomplishment!). He also was helpful in suggesting plants to replace the removed trees, based on our space and sun conditions.
I hired Patrick and Eco-Arborcare this past fall to remove a bunch of trees on the back of my property. His knowledge skill and professionalism are top notch. I explained what I wanted out of my property and he not only made it happen he also educated me about the service and how to best accomplish my goal. One of the coolest things was that we were able to keep a couple of the trees that I was originally going to remove by pruning and trimming them. I would hire him again and recommend him to anyone. In fact he will be doing some cable work on a large maple that is very special to me and my family to help preserve it and keep it healthy for many more years of enjoyment. I've used Eco-Arborcare on two occasions and I highly recommend them. Patrick, the owner, was very responsive to my requests, very knowledgeable about the work, and communicated well. The work was done professionally, on schedule, and within the estimated cost. They will be the first one I call in the future when I need to hire someone for more tree work.
Last fall Patrick pruned a large maple tree for us, removing all the dead branches to avoid them falling on us. There was a big windstorm soon after and not a single branch fell on the ground, Patrick had taken care of every single weak and dead branches. I feel much more at peace having my kids play under the tree. This spring we hired Patrick again to prune an old apple tree and he did an excellent job and took the time to explain what he was doing. I highly recommend his services!
Patrick did an excellent job pruning our apple and cherry trees. It was the first time we had entrusted someone else with this task, and he was responsive, diligent, and efficient. Would highly recommend.
