That page is an A+ and has been accredited since May 2024, and it carries a Massachusetts plumbing license number and an electrician license number for the business, the electrician entry shown as running to July 2028. The company describes itself as a Mass Save participating contractor and participating Home Performance Contractor, and says it is not backed by private equity. The written history is short and uniformly positive: 41 Google ratings at 5★, and 26 reviews across sources between 2024 and 2026 with none negative. Two carry real detail. A general contractor in southern Massachusetts wrote in 2024 that he had used EcoSave on roughly nine properties, found the pricing reasonable against local competition, and said the crews worked without cutting across other trades on an active site. More recently, a customer named Junior and Claudemir and said they made the new equipment blend into the outside of the house after he raised his worry about how it would look. Worth knowing before you call. Most of the praise is a single line long, and much of it arrived in tight clusters: eight reviews posted on one day in March 2026 and two more the day before, four more over three days in February. Several thank the sales team rather than describe an installation, and one 2026 entry is written as promotional copy addressed to the company rather than as a customer's account. The licence numbers come from the BBB's own listing, so check them against the state plumbing and electrician boards yourself. This is also a four-person shop on that listing, stating coverage from Boston and Cambridge out to Worcester, Springfield, Lowell, Lynn and Quincy. The fit is a Mass Save-eligible heat pump, insulation or air-sealing job where the rebate math matters as much as the equipment. Get the rebate figures written into the quote, ask for the licence numbers and verify them with the state, and ask which installers will actually be on your job and for how many days.
