EcoView Windows & Doors of Rhode Island replaces windows and doors from a base on Hartford Ave in Johnston, and its site lists Johnston, Providence, Cranston and Smithfield as its service area and offers free estimates. The most detailed account, from August 2026, follows one job from the sales visit to install day: Madison demonstrated the windows and doors, and on the day Jay White called ahead to confirm, arrived early, reviewed the paperwork and measurements, cleaned up as promised and showed how to open, clean and close the new windows. That customer had the two main upstairs bedroom windows replaced. A September 2026 reviewer called Jay White's work neat and clean and said the price was great, and another September customer liked meeting Rayne but was still working out financing. Not every visit ended in a sale. A 3-star September 2026 review said the company did not replace a bathroom window and back door on a mobile home with aluminum siding, and a 2-star July 2026 review said the appointment was just a quote for a new front door. This visit was good, but it would have been better if this company could have replaced my bathroom window and back door. Seems like most companies don't want to touch a mobile home with aluminum siding.
Rayne was very nice, professional and knowledgeable. If we figured out financing, I would sign up with her today. I still hope I can figure something out
My experience with EcoView windows was outstanding. The quality of work was excellent. Jay White the installer was outstanding his work was neat and clean. The price was great. I would recommend EcoView Windows.

Install day: Jay White my Installer called and left a voicemail to confirm arrival on the scheduled date. Very professional customer service. Arrived early as expected, reviewed paperwork and window measurements.He has a great friendly and welcoming personality. He cleaned up as promised and even reviewed how to open clean , and close the windows. They are a local company which I I love!! EcoView gets 10/10. Thank you for good workmanship and professionalism!!! Would definitely hire again! It should be noted that only did the Two main bedroom windows upstairs were replaced at this time; the projects on an old house require little by little home improvements per budget.
