Seaberg Construction INC.

Seaberg Construction is a Johnston exterior contractor whose own site lists roofing, siding, windows and doors, decks and dumpster rentals. The company says it has been in business for 20 years. On Google it carries 4.9 stars from 137 ratings, and its BBB page shows an A+ grade. A recent customer says Seaberg replaced the roof on their 14-unit condominium, with prompt service and every step of the job explained, and recommends the company for siding and roofing. A recent customer praised the work, the crew's manners and the price. A recent customer says the dumpster was delivered and picked up on time. On Reddit's r/RhodeIsland, a 2025 commenter said Seaberg was slightly pricier but also does roof inspections to check for roof damage, and a 2023 commenter called it "Solid work, good guys." A recent 2-star customer hired Seaberg to replace a large shingled roof on an 1890s Victorian, replace four skylights and install EPDM on two flat roof sections. That customer says the subcontractors dropped debris into the kitchen, damaged interior walls and left without providing all of the skylight remotes. The same customer says the membrane flashing lifted around all of the skylights one week in and leakage occurred, and that one of the flat roofs started leaking weeks later.
