SOLAR TINT

Solar Tint, based in Johnston, Rhode Island, puts window film on homes and businesses, and the name customers keep writing about is Domenic. In a December 2025 Google review, a customer said the company showed up exactly when it said it would and kept them informed from start to finish. Most of the written history is older. A September 2024 Google reviewer had tint put on larger business windows and described Domenic's crew as very clean with the whole process. In a December 2023 review, a customer said Domenic Argenti patiently explained all the choices for their needs at the first meeting; two installers then did the work, and the customer wrote that the newly tinted windows perform as promised and that they love the privacy. A September 2023 review says a worker named Mark tinted the front windows and had it all done in a day, and an April 2023 reviewer called the cost very reasonable. The Houzz reviews date to early 2017. An interior designer who specializes in custom window treatments wrote that Domenic had been her go-to source for window film for almost 20 years. Another 2017 reviewer said it was the second home where they had used Domenic for tinting, and credited the film with cutting summer heat, air conditioning costs, glare and fading. Google shows 4.6 stars from 18 ratings, Houzz 5.0 from 5, and the Better Business Bureau grade is A+. The company offers free estimates and says it is insured. Its Houzz profile lists it as a dealer of Vista and LLumar window film and as certified by the International Window Film Association. The Rhode Island registry shows the company's home improvement contractor licence, GC-23423, held by Solar Tint Inc., as expired.
