⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolutely Outstanding Service! If I could give Ed’s Tree Service 10 stars, I would! Yesterday, completely out of the blue, a massive tree came crashing down across the front of our house, damaging our porch and gutters and pulling down our electrical lines. After making sure there were no live wires, my next call was to Ed’s Tree Service. Within minutes, someone was at our house assessing the situation, taking our insurance information, and contacting National Grid. About an hour later, their crew arrived and went straight to work — in the pouring rain — cutting up this enormous tree and clearing the area so National Grid could safely reconnect our power. Their response was incredible. Professional, efficient, compassionate, and unbelievably fast during a very stressful situation. They didn't just show up — they took charge and got it done. I cannot recommend Ed’s Tree Service highly enough. When you have an emergency like this, you quickly learn which companies truly come through for their customers. Ed’s Tree Service absolutely did. I needed a tree removed to get better sunlight to my yard for the best use of our pool, we were getting shaded too early! Alicia was prompt with arranging a day to come out for a quote, gave me multiple options on what we could do but was honest on what she thought would be best for what my desired goal was. When I confirmed with Alicia that I’d like to move forward with scheduling the service on a Monday, on Thursday she was telling the could come the next day. The whole team was so nice, communicative and they were super quick! The brush was completely cleaned up. They even noticed a smaller tree that could come down too and added it on for a very fair price. I got a few quotes for the work but Ed’s tree service had the fairest price combined with an awesome reputation in the community. I will absolutely be calling them back for the next time we want tree work done!
I had an excellent experience with this company. Fair price excellent job had all the right equipment for the job. Great staff and Sean oversaw and made sure the job was done perfectly. Would only recommend them for tree/bushes removal stump grinding.
We've hired Ed's Tree Service several times and they always exceed expectations. Very reasonably priced and pleasant to work with. Really appreciate the thorough clean up post tree removal as well! 10/10 recommend!
