That leaves this Revere business, run from a Bickford Avenue address, with no customer account of a finished project anywhere. On licensing, BuildZoom lists a Massachusetts construction supervisor license, #CS-007144, that it says it confirmed active in July 2026 — that is the directory's own check, not the state's word. The same page also lists two lapsed records: a home improvement contractor registration, #164195, and a second construction supervisor license, #CS-105789, both shown as inactive and both described as having been cancelled at some point. Structural work in Massachusetts needs a current construction supervisor license, and nonstructural residential remodeling needs a current HIC registration, so the gap between those records is worth resolving before any contract. This is a business to approach with questions rather than assumptions: ask which licenses are current today, verify the numbers yourself with the Department of Public Safety and the Office of Consumer Affairs, and ask for references from jobs finished in the last few years, since nothing published here speaks to recent work.
