A recent customer with a completely clogged kitchen sink said Adam spent close to a half hour on the phone, across two calls, guiding them to clear it themselves, and refused a consulting fee. A recent reviewer said that over the past five years Adam replaced their water heater, fixed heating and AC issues, including an old AC unit he had to source parts for, and stopped a slow leak. A recent customer needing a leaking washing-machine water valve replaced said he got them on his schedule within a week and finished the job in 20 minutes. A recent customer said Adam called almost immediately and was there within two days to repair an irrigation valve, at what they called fair and honest pricing. In a 2026 review, a customer said Adam, the owner, spent nearly the entire day on an emergency plumbing/HVAC issue until it was fully resolved, and called the emergency service fee very reasonable. A 2026 customer with a restaurant hand-washing sink that would not stop running said Adam first walked them through a possible fix over the phone, then came out, identified the issue and had it fixed within a couple days. We had a completely clogged kitchen sink, and called Adam based on outstanding Google and Yelp reviews. He was simply awesome. Adam spent close to a half hour on the phone with me in two separate phone conversations, guiding us how to resolved the clog ourselves. He specifically stated he wanted to save us the money on the work he would do. Thanks to Adam’s guidance, we were able to fix the clog and he saved us hundreds. I even suggested paying a consulting fee and he refused, saying a good review would be enough. I also asked if he thought it would be worthwhile to cut out the section of pipe where the clog was and replace it, and Adam again said it would be an unnecessary expense. From our experience I can say two things about Adam: 1) He has a very good understanding of plumbing systems; and 2) He has AMAZING integrity. We will be having two plumbing projects coming up this year, and Adam is going to be our top choice for both. Not even looking anywhere else. Cannot recommend him enough!

Trustworthy, reliable, professional, and nice to work with! Adam has replaced our water heater, fixed heating and AC issues (including an old AC unit that he had to source parts for and a complicated gas fireplace) and stopped a slow leak over the past five years. He explains his decisions clearly and I have learned a lot of basic system maintenance from him. We feel very lucky to have found honesty AND expertise in the person fixing essential parts of homeownership. Honestly, the vibe couldn't be more different than a big company blasting in: Adam working in the house feels more like a knowledgeable neighbor or uncle coming over to help - kind to kids and dogs and working WITH you for the best solution to your problem. If he wasn't your first call, get a second opinion from him, and then save his number for next time!

Adam called me almost immediately to understand our needs, confirm what parts were needed and was here within two days for the service repairs to our irrigation valve with fair and honest pricing. Adam was amazing from start to finish! A coworker recommended him after having some great work done by him in the past. We needed our washing machine's water valve replaced because it leaked whenever it was turned on. We’d been putting it off for a while because finding an honest plumber who won’t overcharge can be stressful, so finding Adam was a lifesaver! He got us on his schedule within a week, offered to squeeze us in even sooner if needed, and finished the job in just 20 minutes. He is responsive, fair, and straightforward. Highly recommend!!!
