We had an outstanding experience with Granite State Refrigeration from start to finish. We received six different HVAC quotes, and Granite State was by far the best overall value when considering the quality of the equipment, the professionalism, and the price. They installed three Mitsubishi mini-splits upstairs and added central A/C to our first floor and finished basement. Our second floor did not have vents and was previously heated with electric baseboard, so the mini-splits were a major upgrade. They are quiet, efficient, and exactly what we needed. For the first floor and basement, they connected the new A/C system to our existing forced hot air setup, and the work around the furnace, coil, condenser, electrical, and outdoor units was incredibly clean and professional. Everything looks like it was meant to be there from the beginning. Keenan Walker, the CEO/Founder, was our main point of contact and was excellent throughout the entire process. He communicated clearly, answered all of our questions, explained the options, and was also personally involved in the installation. They originally scheduled the project for Monday through Friday, It was clear they planned it that way so they could do the job correctly, cleanly, and professionally without rushing. They strategically handled different parts of the project each day and still finished ahead of schedule. The line-set covers, electrical work, outdoor units, and overall installation are extremely clean. They protected the house, kept the work areas clean, showed up when they said they would, and paid close attention to detail. I could not be happier with the final result.
