Eliezer Silfa

Eliezer Silfa is a Methuen, Massachusetts general contractor who lists kitchen, bathroom and basement remodels, whole-home remodels and additions among his services. Town permits under his name record six projects in Methuen and Peabody between 2019 and 2024. That volume puts him in the top 32% of the Massachusetts contractors BuildZoom scores by permit activity — not customer sentiment. His Massachusetts Construction Supervisor license, CS-112739, is active on the state registry, which lists him as its holder of record. He's a fit for remodeling and addition work in the Methuen area — confirm the current license status directly with the state, along with insurance and project scope, before booking.
