The Storch team did a great job putting in a Radon remediation system for us. After monitoring our Radon levels with an EcoQube we knew we needed remediation. We live in a condo complex so the install was tricky since the fan was required to be put in attic to reduce noise neighbors might hear but vent pipe had to be run from basement up the outside wall and back into attic to the fan. One company gave us an expensive estimate but then said they couldn't do the attic part. Friends recommended Storch and we called and they pretty quickly sent over Matt and Taylor to scope out the job. I had some ideas on how to do the job but they came up with a simpler cleaner way of running the pipe out of the basement. We got two estimates from them: one for a simpler concept of putting the fan outside like most people do and the second for the harder job of putting the fan in the attic. The price increase for the attic install was only a few hundred dollars and we needed that and thought the price was very fair. Matt and Taylor were actually the team that came back to do the job. They really knew their stuff and efficiently installed the whole system in less than half a day. Everything was left neat and the system works great and eliminated our radon issue and is totally quiet. I was super impressed with the whole experience and everyone I dealt with from Storch.

We had Steve do a house inspection for us, he spent 3+ hours going through and explaining evening to us. We’ve had experience with house inspectors before but he was the best and most detailed by far! Highly recommend him!!

I needed a new fan for my radon mitigation system. The entire team from the person who scheduled my appointment to the person who replaced the fan were friendly and professional. The team is very communicative. I got a call about an hour in advance of my appointment and a follow up text for an exact arrival time. Excellent service at a reasonable price. Highly recommend.
