If you value your time, don't waste it on these guys. Not sure what part of their business model is "Elite", maybe is their "Elite" lack of common courtesy or communication skills. Maybe it's their "Elite" poor time management, who's to say. We had made an appointment for them to come out at 10:30 this morning to provide a quote on paving our driveway. It's not a small driveway, probably would have been a $15-$20,000 job. I don't have a lot of time to spend on myself, and was having a nice morning fishing that I ended early to come home to meet them. And by "Them" I don't mean any Joe Shmo, I mean their owner, whatever his name is, let's just call him Alex, I think it's one of those "A" names. I made it home on time, because, you know when you have an appointment that is what people with common courtesy try to do. So after 11:15 roles around and there is no sign of an "Elite" employee or a message or call. I called the office, surprise, no answer. My guess is when they book an appointment they decide to no-show on they just don't answer the phone for a while after that time. I left a message saying to forget about the quote, never heard a peep from them. Maybe I should have been a shmuck and waited 2 hours for them to show up (they probably never would have and never would have called), but I have other things to do. I don't want excuses why they didn't show up, I get enough excuses from my kids, not someone I'd be paying thousands of dollars to. So if you have time to waste, go ahead and schedule an appointment with this "Elite" crew. I would personally recommend looking elsewhere.
So Anthony, came out to my house, as I requested a quote for his services. I had mentioned that I had been shopping around from some of his competitors, and all he did was bash them and said they're not any good.. When he finally provided a estimate. I told him that his was Significantly higher than those of his competitors. He was rude, and just simply stated that he would not be able to BEAT, or even MEET what others were quoted for doing the same job as I would have had him doing. He said why didn't I mention those other quotes the first time, I said because I'm a smart consumer, and I don't just shop at Walmart or Amazon, I shop around for the best Quality and superior workmanship. He didn't like that. Also he was 45 minutes late on his estimate appointment, and never once called to let me know what his situation was.... He over bid the supplies and said that the other (CONTRACTOR'S) had under bid them. Mind you I had multiple quotes and his was exceeding the amounts from all other contracts. And he said they were ALL wrong. So in the end he said he wasn't interested in my job, and basically refused to do it. Also I had posted on his Facebook page mentioning that his estimate was Significantly higher than those of his competitors. And he deleted my comment, and when he came to my house he questioned me about why I had wrote the truth on his Facebook page. So for these forementioned happenings, I would highly suggest and recommend that you do NOT utilize this contractors Services. Go to another contractor. As you will find cheaper estimates, and still be able to get good workmanship, with quality work.
