Ellen Bright Cleaning Services Inc

Ellen Bright Cleaning has been cleaning homes and apartments out of East Boston long enough that one customer says they found the company more than eight years ago and are still using them. That kind of multi-year loyalty comes up again and again in the reviews — people mention sticking with Ellen's team for three years, five years, eight-plus years running, calling the crew reliable and the price reasonable the whole time. What keeps people coming back is consistency. Reviewers describe the same crew showing up on time, working through every corner without needing direction, and leaving a home not just clean but organized — one described coming home to a spotless apartment after a two-hour visit, another to a place that "seems new after the clean." Named cleaners come up by name — Elida, Andrea, Francieli — each praised for the same things: punctuality, attention to detail, and a personal touch. The company also takes bigger jobs in stride: one property owner had the team handle a full post-construction cleaning in a single day, another called them in for a deep clean during a home remodel, and several reviewers mention same-day or next-day bookings squeezed in on short notice. The only quieter note is a 2023 review that said the crew was mainly doing a quick clean rather than a deep one — worth saying up front if you're expecting more than a standard tidy-up. Across 57 Google ratings the company holds 4.9 stars, and 4.8 stars across 27 Thumbtack ratings. For regular house cleaning, a move-out clean, or a one-off deep clean in the East Boston area, Ellen Bright is a strong, well-tested call — just be specific about the scope of work you want when you book.
