A 2023 customer who collected five quotes said ENCON was not the least expensive, and that the installers measured everything two days before the job. “The vast majority whom I've talked to, and myself included use Encon for their service and I've requested a quote from them for replacements”
I would strongly recommend pricing around before even considering them. Their prices are extremely high and they don’t honor warranty unless you get maintenance agreement which is also extremely expensive. Definitely shop around before even considering wasting your money.
Called to have them service my furnace. I don’t have a contract so I’m not a priority. They said they would come out today from 12-4, when I called at 3:15 I was told someone should’ve called to tell they couldn’t make it. They didn’t call. When I talked to the manger she can’t guarantee service unless I’m under contract paying a premium.
Mitch was awesome!! Very knowledgeable!!
Adam from Encon has done several jobs at our house; installing a replacement mini split unit and today sealing a hole that a previous installer had made. He is thorough, knowledgeable and friendly. Having had not such good luck with a couple of previous HVAC companies, I am optimistic that Encon will be what a competent HVAC company should be.
Kenny is an awesome technician who takes pride in his work. We appreciate his expertise and professionalism!
