A 2025 customer with a tenants' boiler out below ten degrees said Eddy arrived within 15 minutes and had diagnosed and fixed it within the hour. A 2024 customer said Eddie arrived about an hour after a Thanksgiving-night call and had the necessary parts on hand. A 2023 customer said Eddie came right away, late, for an AC unit. A recent customer said they came out on Christmas Eve, then came back out at no cost when issues followed. A recent one-star customer said Eddie came out multiple times, replaced parts by trial and error, charged thousands of dollars and left the same issue, which another company fixed by installing a Tigerloop. A 2026 customer gave one star, saying the technician charged an outrageous amount for part swaps and failed to fix their oil furnace. A 2024 customer wrote that two other plumbers who looked at the invoice said they were overcharged, and that after heat was lost twice they came out once and ignored a later text.
