When we were looking to have central air installed in our 2 story, older home we consulted several HVAC companies. Pack-Timco was the only company that was up for the challenge. Jerry Petrini and the entire crew were a professional and dedicated team. Jerry was extremely accessible and followed through to the last detail. We couldn't be more pleased with the results!

I worked with Jerry Petrini at Pack-Timco to replace my existing air conditioning units with new heat pumps. To preface, my house is 115 years old and had retrofit air conditioning, so nothing was standard here. Jerry came out to meet me at my home and was meticulous when modeling the house and what work would need to be done. The first most important part about HVAC is getting the size/power correct for the house, so Jerry put a lot of effort into making sure we had the perfect system picked out for both zones of the house (attic and basement, not too big but not too small). Jerry made the process incredibly painless and did all of the heavy lifting, the most difficult part leading up to the install was just showing up to sign my name. The second most important part about HVAC is the install. Jerry and his team came out and took their time making sure my system was installed perfectly with no leaks, and even re-ran some of the existing lines to better fit in the house. I expected the team to just swap out what was already there, but they redid the existing work that was not up to their standards-overall I was extremely impressed. The teams knows the systems they sell like the back of their hands, installation was seamless. The quality of the unit is next most important. I encourage people to shop around, but I ended up with the lennox variable speed heat pumps and 2 speed air handlers for both zones. I know these systems will last, and the warranty is a good price of mind. I waited over a week to write this review because I wanted to make sure everything remained seamless, and I have to say I am thrilled with Jerry and the team at Pack-Timco. I highly recommend them to anyone else, you owe it to yourself to at least have Jerry out for his piece of mind. I certainly know I won’t have any issues this cooling season, and if anything were to come up, I know Jerry would be here to help make things right.

Pack-Timco and Bell Mechanical have joined forces and they have really figured out how to make their combined strengths work together to the benefit of the customer. They just completed replacing my entire 2-zone A/C system (which had lasted for 20 years thanks to annual P-T maintenance). It was just under 1 month from first contact to all done and running - a testament to careful scoping and project management (Jerry Petrini) and the ‘get it done’ expertise of the installation team led by Lester and Hector. One always embarks upon a project of this magnitude with some worry about complications, progress and quality. I chose the right people - polite, focused and sensitive to client needs. The service technician (Hector) that came out to help me with my HVAC heating repair was super knowledgeable, professional, and overall phenomenal to work with. I will be sure to request him in the future for any future service or maintenance!
