This July Cobra installed a new thermostat in my condo which I paid for the new installation. I thought I found a new HVAC company I could trust. I was informed I needed a new refrigerant and in depth work done. I spoke to the owner on a few ocassions who informed me I needed to contact my condo association for the detailed work. I contacted my condo association and was provided details of what was needed. In August I contacted Cobra via emails and phone calls requesting information for the condo management company and my own estimate. No response in a two week period. In my voice message I left specific details along with my address. My final attempt I contacted the owner in September requesting the previous information back in August to be sent to provide to the condo board and my own estimate of how much this intense work would cost. I've been quite patient. As of September 14th nothing. The lack of common courtesy is disappointing. I will seek another HVAC.
Had a tenant report no heat and Steve was able to come out faster than other places I called. He was very knowledgeable and informative about the repair including future life of the furnace and suggestions for the future. Will definitely use again for service and for new unit in (hopefully) a few years.
They provided preventative maintenance that extended equipment life, reduced noise, and improved efficiency. Friendly service and reliable follow through made us confident about future care.
