Encore Painting, Inc.

A Framingham homeowner writing in November 2021 listed what Encore Painting did at the end of each day: put every tool and material away, clean up — and blow the leaves off the driveway. That kind of note keeps recurring; six different customers between 2021 and 2023 singled out the cleanup. Eddy, the owner, is named in about half the written reviews, and a May 2022 customer said he was on site every day of their job. The work people describe is interior and exterior house painting with a strong cabinet thread: three customers writing in January and February 2023 had cabinets done, one of them calling him right after buying a condo, having already seen the kitchen cabinets he painted in a daughter and son-in-law's new home. Others describe ceilings, a garage interior, staining, window shutters, and the interior of two offices. More than one job started with carpentry — an April 2022 customer said the house needed significant carpentry before painting could begin, and a May 2022 customer credited the crew's work on repairs. Showing up when they said they would is the other thing customers kept writing down. One in August 2022 wrote that the painters arrived exactly when scheduled; a February 2023 job finished earlier than expected, with the crew working around a husband who was working from home. On price, an April 2022 reviewer called it very good for the amount of work done, and a June 2022 customer said the quote compared well against the others they had. One thing to sort out before you call: the profiles measure the company differently. Its BBB page, which grades it A+ and lists it as not accredited, reports six years in business, while Angi and HomeAdvisor both list 14 years of experience. The BBB and BuildZoom profiles both list Massachusetts painter license 198760. For an interior repaint or cabinet work around Framingham, this is a crew whose customers wrote about the same three things over and over: on time, tidy, and the owner on the job. Those written accounts run from January 2021 to February 2023, so ask for a recent reference, and get the prep and any carpentry spelled out in the quote.
