Chris saved the day- on a Sunday nor less! We had a bad experience with another septic company who installed our system a couple years back who failed to educate us on the filter that is in our tank that needs to be cleaned twice a year so we had a backup starting in our house…Chris came within a half hour, was very pleasant to deal with and helped make our bad day a little better

This is an all-around abysmal company. I had a problem with my pumping chamber and called to schedule a clean-out. Rocks had fallen into the tank and I was concerned they would damage the pump. I explained the situation in detail to the office and they sent the crew out. No searching or digging was required. The tank was essentially empty, nothing but the dirt and rocks to remove. They charged me $400, and left a note that they could not remove the rocks. Basically, they charged me $400 to pump out a gallon of sludge from a brand new tank and they didn’t even put the dirt back over the top. This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. Avoid!!!

E&E is an amazing family run company. We have used them since we bought our house and their work as always been stellar. The guys that come out are very nice and super knowledgeable. We have a very old system and today we had a back-up. We called and before noon they had a team at our house. They worked through the rain and the two gentleman we wonderful, Peter especially! We could not recommend them more highly!

I'm a property manager for Arthur Thomas Properties in Dover, NH. We use E & E on many of our properties, and they are professional, friendly, fair, and reliable. We actually had an emergency this weekend at one of our properties, which they don't service, but they were the only company that called us back and not only went but also did an incredible job. Highly recommended.

Despite a rocky start, turned out quite well in the end. Initially, I was a bit frustrated when the team arrived four hours late without any notice. I had taken the morning off work to help my wife and children with what was supposed to be a fun day. When the trucks arrived so urgently, my kids were outside riding their bikes, and it concerned us a bit. When I greeted the team, I tried to lighten the mood with a joke, but I could tell they weren’t in the best spirits. It was a little awkward when one of the crew placed tools on my wife's garden vegetable plants, but thankfully, after a quick chat, we found a way to move past that and get started with the project. I later learned there had been some issues at a previous job that caused the delay, which explained some of the tension. However, once we got going, the team worked quickly and efficiently. They really knew their stuff! I was impressed with how smoothly the old system was removed and the new septic system was installed. Moreover, the cleanup and landscaping were done beautifully, leaving everything looking great. It was evident that the team had a handle on the job, and I appreciate their professionalism.
