Eri's Masonry

Eri's Masonry, a Watertown stone and paver company, replaced an old stone and paver pathway that was in disarray with a new walkway for a Google reviewer in November 2024, and that customer said the crew came as scheduled and the communication throughout the process was impecable. A 2023 Thumbtack customer had a blue stone patio, wall and fire pit built, and a 2025 Thumbtack review describes stonework that made a driveway look more like a patio. The Angi reviews run from 2017 to 2022. In a September 2020 review, a customer said the father and son team helped with the curving design of over sixty feet of paver walkway and did the many paver cuts for a very fair price. A July 2020 customer on a budget said the team offered to show them how to do a small backyard area themselves at no cost, and came back to fix the cement after a child stepped on it. A December 2021 customer had front steps redone and a retaining wall put in, and said two years on everything still looks amazing. There are real complaints. In a December 2020 review, a customer who hired Eri to fix a slate walkway said he used stone dust between the slate on a day with rain, it washed away, he came back and it happened again on another rainy day, and the large gaps left are a walking hazard; the customer asked him to return and properly repair the walkway and wrote, "He has refused." An August 2021 Angi customer whose wall and patio were done in Oct 2020- Nov 2020 said loose stones appeared after a few weeks and pavers settled in multiple spots in less than a year, and that after many requests Eri came back but left after doing a few cosmetic repairs. That customer warned against paying cash and in favor of a written warranty. Angi and HomeAdvisor each show 4.5 stars from 14 ratings. The company describes itself on Angi and HomeAdvisor as a family run business with over 20 years of experience. Its Connecticut home improvement contractor registration, HIC.0640152, is active on the state registry.
