Eric's Fuel Service is a heating-oil delivery company that, on its own website, offers both will-call and automatic deliveries and says it treats customers like neighbors. Google customers rate it 4.7 stars across 12 ratings, and the written reviews run from 2021 to 2025. In December 2024 a customer praised friendly, professional and timely service on every order; in January 2023 another said the office gets back quickly when a delivery cannot be made; and in 2021 and 2022 customers described a knowledgeable, friendly small-town crew and a driver who stopped to hand out dog treats on his rounds. The one complaint is from March 2025: a customer of more than ten years reported that the boiler shut down after each delivery with water showing in the bleed line, and said the office blamed a dirty tank rather than the oil and that no manager ever called back.
Sure, the oil comes, but right after a delivery, the boiler shut down. Slime jelly on nozzle. I changed it and bled the line. It ran for a day. Repeat the next day.. and the next. Each time, getting an ounce of water in the bleed out. This is my fault. Obviously, my tank is too dirty, "gooped up," and not the water in the oil. As the receptionist relayed the argument back and forth. & I'm yet to talk to any manager..But at least now I know due to the professional service and quality products of Eric oil, It is my system that is not right.. much appreciated for your guidance and understanding 10+ customer

The first thing I admired while going for a walk around the neighborhood was how beautiful their truck was. It had a gorgeous orange paint color and I could tell it was a newer vehicle which always stands out from the rest of the oil trucks that come through the neighborhood. It put them apart from the usual oil trucks I see coming up the roads all the time. They looked professional just based on that. I decided to go back home and grab my dog to join me for a walk. The nicest thing happened. After doing one or two jobs, just before leaving, the driver noticed me and my dog walking around the neighborhood. The nice man pulled over and pulled out a bag of bacon dog treats to give to my dog who was absolutely thrilled. Such a nice gesture. Thankyou to the man who took the time to pull over and make my dogs day. My dog grabbed the treat and ran all the way home. 5 stars to this company. You can tell they are genuine people with great hearts. Defenitely give them a call for your oil.
