A recent Google customer of Quinoco Energy Services says the company handles their automatic heating oil deliveries so they never have to worry about running out, and that a boiler issue got sorted out fast. The company describes itself as an energy partner to homeowners in Litchfield and Hartford Counties, offering Bioheat, propane, generators and air conditioning, and says it has been in business 145 years. One recent customer had heat that would not go off upstairs late at night. The on-call person returned the call at 1am, and the technician arrived at 8:30am the next morning and made the repairs. A 2026 customer wrote that technicians had always called back at any hour with an arrival time within ninety minutes, and stayed with the job until the system was running. Cooling work is part of the mix. A recent customer had two mini split AC units installed and said the installation went smoothly, with "the guys working in an attic space that was well over 100 degrees" during a thunderstorm; when the AC later leaked, one call got service scheduled and the repair completed. A recent customer who had a central air conditioning unit replaced said the servicemen explained what they were doing and were neat, and that Quinoco also handles their heating furnace and oil delivery. A 2025 customer said technicians set up a propane stove, installing the logs and programming the remote, without rushing at dinner time. A 2026 customer praised Shannon for getting back quickly and wrote of fast delivery. A 2022 customer said the company serviced an old furnace for four years, then replaced the oil tank and the furnace. On r/Connecticut, a commenter wrote that they have used Quinoco for maintenance over the years and never had an issue. A bpnews.com report says The Gault Family Cos. in Westport, Conn., acquired the full-service energy business of Quinoco Energy Services in Bristol. The company holds a 4.8-star Google rating from 434 ratings and an A+ grade from the Better Business Bureau.

We had a late night issue with the furnace, where the heat would not go off upstairs in the bedroom. The on call person returned our call promptly at 1am and promised to have a service person to our home the following morning. The technician arrived at 8:30am any made the repairs. We’re very grateful for your resolution to our issue.

Quinoco installed two mini split AC units for us in August of 2025. The price was great. The installation was smooth from start to finish, despite being done on a sweltering August day that had the guys working in an attic space that was well over 100 degrees AND through a strong thunderstorm complete with driving rain and cloud-to-ground lightning. This year, during one of our first times using the AC, we experienced a leak. One call to Quinoco and immediate service was scheduled and the repair completed. Systems are once again working perfectly! Well done Quinoco.
Quinoco exceeded my expectations in replacing my central air conditioning unit.
