Espada Demotion is one hell of an outfit & understand how to get shit done! The owner was on my job site, took the time to understand my needs/vision and executed. If you have demo, masonry or other requirements I highly recommend you give them a shout.
Tom was great to work with and I'm very happy with the finished product (semi-finished basement). Tom is honest, fair, extremely knowledgeable, and detail oriented. He kept to his timeline which is most impressive. I highly recommend Espada Demolition and Construction.

I recently had the pleasure of hiring Espada Corp after finding them online with great reviews. I needed a partial chimney demolition, and I am delighted to share my positive experience. From start to finish, their communication and service was exceptional. First, the Espada Corp team was extremely professional and efficient. They handled every aspect of the project with expertise and care, ensuring that all necessary permits were obtained, and that all security protocols were followed. They arrived as planned and finished within the expected time frame. They are a great company to do demolitions. I wouldn’t hesitate to hire them again in the future and I recommend them for any demolition work.
Espada Demolition was very responsive and helpful. It took me about 8 months to finally pull the trigger. Despite the fact that I had ask Tom to add and/or delete parts of the work several times and generate new quotes, Tom was very understanding and helpful. He worked with me to schedule time and gave helpful advise and tips. We finally decided on partial demo of two internal chimneys and a wall. Tom and crew did this over a two day period. Definitely would recommend them for demolition work.
