Essex Electric Services Corporation

Essex Electric Services Corporation is an electrical contractor listed at 2 Debush Ave in Middleton. Its public profiles connect it with electrical work, including a 2025 interior office fit-out at the Debush Avenue address and a new-building electrical project in Sterling; BuildZoom identifies John Capitumini as the company owner, while the state registry identifies John F. Valletta as the holder of Massachusetts electrician licence #11019. BBB says the business started in 2007 and has 10 employees. BBB also says the business is not accredited and is not rated because it lacks enough information for a rating. Its Home Builders category is BBB’s classification, not a statement that the company performs general home building. Before hiring, confirm which legal entity and individual are responsible for the electrical work and ask for the current state licence documentation. BuildZoom has conflicting entries for licence identifiers #11019 and #16988, while the Massachusetts registry verifies #11019 as active under John F. Valletta; the registry should control that check. Also confirm the scope, permits, schedule and warranty for the particular project. The available project information points to electrical work, including commercial and office construction. It may fit a homeowner or business seeking an electrician, provided the licensing identity and project terms are settled directly before work begins.
