A 2017 Houzz review credits owner Wallace and his team with a well-executed custom tile job and design suggestions worth following; a few short 2024 Google reviews call the company excellent and easy to recommend. But a March 2024 review says a promised flooring estimate never arrived despite repeated follow-up, and an October 2023 review — from someone who says they can't speak to the flooring work itself — describes a company vehicle's driver behaving recklessly on a public road, forcing another car into oncoming traffic. A February 2026 local news article also reports that two of the company's employees were rendered unconscious by a gas buildup while working inside a customer's home — a serious incident worth being aware of, even though the article's framing suggests the gas leak originated in the home itself rather than from anything the company did. Given the spread between the strongly positive and clearly negative accounts here, it's worth getting a firm, written estimate timeline up front and checking recent references directly before committing to a larger flooring project.
