Forty-seven Google reviewers have rated Exponential Construction Corp, and every one of them left five stars. That is the first thing to know; the second is what they were rating. Decks, mostly — built, extended, torn out and rebuilt — alongside finished basements, bathrooms taken back to the studs, and the occasional job another contractor walked away from. Jose Andrade's name runs through nearly every account, usually as the man on site rather than the man who sold the job. In a 2023 review a homeowner described cutting into a basement floor to dig footings and set columns under sagging joists, calling it a project many contractors didn't want to touch, and singled out the dust control around a boiler and air handler. Writing in 2021, another itemised an extended deck with sonotubes and added supports, a privacy wall with laser-cut windows and mosaic tile, and relocated steps — then said the total came in exactly as quoted. A 2022 reviewer who manages a building supply company walked through the excavation, footings, foundation, slab, framing and siding on an attached-garage addition and said he'd be sending his own customers. The Framingham company's Massachusetts home improvement contractor registration, 200872, is active and held under its own name. Its Better Business Bureau file carries an A+. Two things worth raising. A 2023 bathroom gut-and-replace ran a little past its estimate — that customer put it down to outside forces and said he already had another project lined up. And one of the Google accounts comes from someone who leads a real estate team and refers clients to the company, which is a different relationship from a homeowner's. The written history runs from 2021 through this year but has thinned lately, with two reviews in the past six months. For a deck, a basement, an addition or structural repair, this is a straightforward call — get the quote in writing, since holding to it is the thing customers mention most.

Jose and his crew were very professional and great to work with! Highly recommend them! Quality of work is excellent, very trustworthy — we left the house to them, and they’re so easy to work with. Would hire them again for sure!

We hired Jose and team to complete a major kitchen and bathroom renovation project. We could not be more thrilled with the entire process. From start to finish they were professional, knowledgable, and truly cared about their work. I am looking forward to more projects with EC in the near future!

Jose and his team are truly exceptional. My husband and I bought our first home one year ago, and have hired ECC for three projects now. Being first-time home buyers in this economy, our house has come with numerous projects. Right from when we first moved in, our laminate flooring was bubbling and snapping boards due to the excessive heat and improper installation. After getting numerous quotes that were far out of our price range, and contractors telling me that this was a sign of much deeper issues that would cost me thousands, my husband and I were ready to rip up the boards ourselves and DIY. Thankfully, we called Jose! He gave us a clear explanation of what the issue was, a low price to reinstall the affected areas, and had someone out in less than a week to do the job. Nearly a year later (and plenty of excessively hot and humid days) and our floor is still perfect! Since then, we have had him out for two more jobs and our experience has been consistent - low price, and exceptional quality. And, on top of it all, Jose is a genuinely kind person that makes dealing with a stressful project much easier. Imagining future remodels and renovations becomes much easier when you know you have a contractor that you can trust to get the job done right!

Smooth and seamless process from start to finish. The team removed and replaced my deck in <3 days (and generously repaired woodpecker damage in my siding while they were here). Communication was reliable and friendly. I recommend Exponential very highly. Best contractor experience I've had over the years.
