TDS Flooring is a Framingham, MA flooring contractor run by Dmitri, covering nearly every material a homeowner or business might need — hardwood, vinyl, carpet, stair runners, wool, tile, gym rubber, and cork — for both residential and commercial jobs across the Greater Boston area. What stands out across 49 reviews from 2024 through 2026 — every one of them five stars, with four more in just the past six months and none negative — isn't just the volume, it's the range of jobs that keep earning the same praise. A 2026 review describes roughly 600 square feet of rubber gym flooring installed over a badly deteriorated subfloor in an old mill building; a 2025 review covers a Sudbury hot yoga studio's flooring search that ended with TDS; and other reviews mention a hair salon's LVP flooring, a gymnastics studio's carpet, and 'high-end estate' replacement and repair work. On the residential side, reviewers describe stair runners, hardwood refinishing, basement carpet, tile, and vinyl — frequently more than one material in the same job, with helpers Jason and Eric named alongside Dmitri on larger crews. One 2025 review is particularly telling: after other contractors said the floors needed to be replaced, Dmitri repaired them instead, and the homeowner said the result exceeded expectations. A 2024 review from someone who identified as a residential architect and construction-company principal of 43 years called him the best installer they'd worked with in that span. Pricing comes up unprompted too, with reviewers describing quotes that beat competitors 'by thousands' or simply calling them fair for the quality delivered. Reviewers repeatedly single out communication, punctuality, and clean job sites — protective screens over undisturbed areas, spotless finishes, and schedules kept even through disruptions like an unexpected 2025 power outage. There's nothing in the written record to raise a concern. Given how much demand this generates, the one practical step before booking is confirming current scheduling.

We couldn't be happier with our custom stair runner installation. From start to finish, Dmitri was incredibly professional, patient, and detail-oriented. He took the time to understand exactly what we wanted, offered thoughtful suggestions and expert guidance, and never made us feel rushed during the decision-making process. Our staircase is older and has an unusual layout, so we knew it wouldn't be a straightforward installation. The craftsmanship was outstanding—the runner was cut and fitted perfectly, with every corner, edge, and transition looking seamless. You would never know how challenging the stairs were to work with. The finished product completely transformed the space and looks even better than we imagined. It's clear they take great pride in their work, and that attention to detail shows in every inch of the installation. We highly recommend them to anyone looking for a beautiful, custom stair runner and a team that truly cares about getting it right.
Dimitri was very responsive, helpful, professional, and knowledgeable. We installed a rubber gym floor which looks great. I have no reservations recommending him to others.
Excellent job by Dimitri and the Team! Great craftsmanship and service!
Great experience—super communicative, prompt, and job well done. Highly recommend!
Dimitri and his TDS staff did a phenomenal job installing rubber flooring in my gym. My sports performance business is located in an old mill building and I needed about 600sq ft of rubber gym flooring installed. The subfloor was not in great shape and very old, as well as uneven. TDS went above and beyond to prep the floor before installing the rubber and I couldn't be happier with how it came out. Communication is also very prompt and professional. Highly Recommend
