Eustace Payne Jr. Was a great realtor for my wife & I. I believe that he went above & beyond to accommodate & help our family find the perfect house for us. At first there were a lot of Saturday's & Sundays spent looking at houses, but the more we looked, the more he was able to analyze the type of house that would fit our taste & our family. Being that we were 1st time homebuyers there was a lot we didn't know about the process. Eustace took the time to thoroughly explain many misconceptions we had & he also enlightened us to things we were completely oblivious to. He was always a gentleman, also dressed to impress, overall he was just an absolute professional.
Mr Payne was extremely helpful and professional made us feel comfortable from the start to the finish. I would highly recommend him and his company.
