On the rental and property-management side, a landlord in a 2022 review said Krystin Hicks found a strong tenant on short notice with excellent communication; a renter that same year said Jasmine was the only agent who responded quickly after months of being ignored elsewhere; and another 2022 review credited Kaitlin H. with staying prompt and keeping both sides of a landlord-tenant application informed.
