His marketing and strategies are different than what the average agent does, because of this you will get top dollar for your property and his fees are reasonable.
I Strongly recommend Patrick Lydon as a real estate agent. I tried to sell my home multiple times over the years. Over a 10 year period I hired 3 different national companies and tried to sell it on my own. All with no success. I wanted to get top dollar for it and didnt want to just give the house away. Finally, I met Patrick and he knew exactly what to do. He helped us ready the property for sale (without spending a lot of money) and created tons of traffic, which none of the other agents did. I received a price that was unprecedented for the market. I feel like he sold it for MORE THAN IT WAS WORTH. I could not have gotten a better real estate agent. He definitely will get you top dollar for your property. The process was as smooth as butter and the value I received from him was worth much more than the money I paid. I feel like he did over and above what I paid him to do.
