Everett Energy is a home-heating fuel company run out of West Paris, Maine, by Scott and Janet Everett, who say they have been keeping Western Maine homes warm for more than 13 years. Its website names Casco, Naples, Bridgton, Harrison, Stoneham, Waterford, Oxford and Canton as its service area and advertises 24/7 emergency service. On Google the company holds 4.3 stars from 14 ratings, and the written reviews, which run from 2022 to 2024, are mostly about delivery. Two short 2023 reviews simply praise the company, one calling it top notch since the beginning. A longer 2023 review admits impatience over late deliveries during a busy stretch, then apologizes to the office and the drivers, calling them good people doing the best they can. The complaints are about how customers were treated. In a 2022 review, a customer described rude treatment, a delivery that did not arrive when promised, and money held back for 15 days. In a 2024 review, a customer thanked the company for delivering before a storm but said the driver gave a relative a hard time over the path to the tank.
Fella showed up and gave my sister-in-law a hard time. She's still upset and he's been gone for hours. She apologized for the less than direct path to the tank, but his attitude tells me someone ought to buy that fella some flowers and tell em how special he is. I think he needs a hug so he might have the capacity for kindness, compassion, and understanding on his next trip. <3 Thanks for delivering before the storm!
Great company
Top Notch since the beginning
Well it's always bin a great experience. And yes times have changed but we all can only do our best. Them to get deliveries out and us to remain calm during tough times while we wait. . I have hard time with that aspect. Lol everyone has those times where just can't get it all done. I thought the crisis was over but it's not. Lot more people now and not enough ways to get deliveries done on time. Or when told a date. Good to know for future . Give em time. They are good people doing best they can. So I appoligize to Tonya especially. And drivers. Hoof in mouth syndrome I have .lol come on spring.
If you like dealing with rude and disrespectful behavior, this is the place for you! If you want to be lied to and not get a delivery when you're supposed to, then this is the company for you. Then act like it's the customers fault lol The worst customer service ever at best! Now they're withholding my money for 15 days! Keep playing!
