Its Houzz profile calls it Evergreen Plumbing & Heating Co., Inc. and says the family-owned company has over 45 years of industry experience. It holds an A+ grade on the Better Business Bureau. On Google, a recent customer said the repair crew identified a needed part, found a second bad part once the first was replaced, and pointed out a pipe that was no longer to code; the crew worked on the system for about 3-4 hours and cleaned up before leaving. A recent customer had a direct heat and hot water system serviced, and said Harrison spent several days working on it. One more recent customer said scheduling was fast and the company gave a cost estimate over the phone. A 2024 customer wrote that Evergreen had installed a mini-split system for them a couple of years earlier. In that 2024 review, the customer said a technician named Ethan inspected all four units, showed that the main unit was the only one with significant dust and mold, and offered a less expensive treatment for the others.
