Exclusive Maids

Exclusive Maids is an Allston cleaning company built around residential work, room by room — kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, ceilings and windows — with floor waxing, stripping and polishing, laundry service and office cleaning on the same list. Its Better Business Bureau profile describes a sole proprietorship started in 2010, five employees, and Ronny Oliveira at the head of it. On Google it averages 4.9 stars across 13 ratings, and its BBB page carries an A+ grade. A 2021 Google review describes how a booking went: the customer's mother called Ronny, who scheduled the visit within a few days, and a cleaner named Karen handled the one-bedroom apartment while the customer was at work. A fit for a one-bedroom or a regular house clean around Allston, from a small crew that has been at it since 2010. Before the first visit, pin down what a standard clean covers — floor waxing and laundry sit on the list as their own jobs — and ask whether the same cleaner comes back each time.
