Maid In The Shade Cleaning Services

Maid In The Shade Cleaning Services is a Boston sole proprietorship run by Kerrie Felton, in business since March 2002 — 24 years as a one-person maid service based on Fenwood Road. Its Better Business Bureau profile lists a broad menu: residential cleaning, move-in/move-out cleaning, commercial cleaning, common hallway cleaning, college dorm rooms, and storefront windows. The business is not BBB-accredited, but it carries an A+ grade with no complaints on file. There is no independent customer feedback on record yet, so there is nothing here yet to confirm what an actual cleaning visit looks like — worth asking for references given the long operating history but thin public track record.
