Exterior Home Services did an excellent job in a short time frame with professional attention to detail. Brian was very easy to work with and was able to accurately and quickly quote any aspect of the project.

They were really fast and they did a good job. They were flexible, we were doing some other work on the house and they left the job that they were doing for a few extra days so we could throw away some other trash. Good company! They did the work in time, when we came back from work, they were done.

They were wonderful. These guys were really good. They're very professional, upfront and technically very well-informed. They were able to express themselves very clearly. They're a certified GAF installer. When I had Brian come out, the first thing he did was to show me a book of work that they had done and explained how they do business and they do not require you to put any money down. They will do the job. You pay them 95% upon the completion of the job and you can hold back 5% until a month after they completed the job before you pay it in case there's anything you're unhappy with. They also were tied for the best price out of six different companies. They also were the most prompt.

Brian Rocha is the principal. They did an excellent job. The work site was clean. We would definitely recommend them. In fact we are looking at another roof for a family member. They just came, they were very fast and they worked very long days. They did a great job cleaning up while working. They stayed late. We got the invoice and the invoice was right but somebody had chipped them the wrong window. So they stayed late to wait for the delivery of the appropriate one. They were competitive on price. The reason we went with the other roofer initial was because we expected a better price. Price means nothing if the work doesn't get done. They weren't aggressive but there were right where everybody else was. The guy that sold us the work was not onsite while his team was doing the work which we had not been told in advance. That's the disappointment. His crew and his supervisor did an outstanding job. They did a great job. They are fitting on a house for a family member.
